Alignment Audits
Whether you are a superintendent of a school district, a building principal, an administrator of a non-profit, or a president or CEO of a business successful implementation of your organization’s Strategic Plan and Goals often losses focus in the day-to-day operations of an organization. For this reason, Knowledge Design Group has developed a structured and formal process to assess leadership and process or employee alignment with strategic goals, department goals and core values.
The Alignment Audit begins with a customized analytical process that is developed in concert with the audit sponsor. The analytical process targets the specific alignment issues that are of interest to the audit sponsor. The result of the audit is a report that identifies areas of strength and issues of concern. If concerns are identified, the report recommends interventions and performance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions.
Alignment Interventions:
- Strategic Planning Workshops
- Operational Plans
- Communication Plans
- Executive Coaching
