Front-End Analysis — A Roadmap to Success
Knowledge Design Group’s front-end analysis will utilize a variety of analytic tools and processes to understand the requirements for improving performance of learning programs or projects. The FEA will be designed to answer a variety of questions.
Sample FEA Criteria:
- History: What has been done in this area? What were the results? Were best practices identified? Were lessons learned?
- Environment: What is happening in the nation, state, community, your business category, and your organization that relates to this project?
- Resources: What are the personnel, funding, organizational structure and support strengths and needs that will affect our project?
- Perceptions and Attitudes: What exists and what can we expect?
- Capabilities: Do we have the talents needed for the project? Can we get what we need?
- Needs: What alignment, coordination and organizational needs have been identified?
- Interventions: What learning solution or program is needed?
