KDG's Eight Steps to Success

  1. Utilize the principles of performance consulting to analyze the context, desired outcomes and business goals.
  2. Identify a champion, as well as sponsors and stakeholders to understand their requirements and resources.
  3. Develop a detailed project plan with activities, tasks, milestone, timelines and assigned resources.
  4. Design, develop and deliver the learning program based on the requirements and resources.
  5. Develop an implementation plan that considers the business process issues related to coordinating a successful program.
  6. Develop a communication plan to support the vision and mission of the training program, as well as targeted outcomes.
  7. Develop an evaluation plan that is aligned to the learning program outcomes and business goals that are driving the educational program.
  8. Develop an ongoing support plan to institutionalize the learning outcomes.
