We call this methodology "R.A.M.P" and we use it whenever we're 'ramping' up a new learning initiative. R.A.M.P. stands for Recognize, Adjust, Map, Proceed.

 
 
How does RAMP work?

The first step is to RECOGNIZE and document the inherent challenges which every organization possesses and the factors that will lead to a successful program.

In Step Two, our learning experts carefully select from and ADJUST a wide range of learning program options . During this customization phase, selected options are "tweaked" to ensure achievement ofthe sucess factors.. Adjustments serve to expedite the fulfillment of learning objectives. This is their purpose.

But simply fulfilling learning objectives isn't enough. Changes aren't made in a budgetary vacuum--up front costs and long-term ROI must be considered before any changes are made to a learning program. That's why we MAP all program decisions to stated organizational business goals. Mapping ensures that we maintain our focus on the big picture and the bottom line.

Finally, we PROCEED with the implementation of the customized training program. Feedback and evaluation systems allow our experts to continually monitor the success of the training program.
